1. License Grant

When you purchase the Thera starter pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, customize, and deploy the included files for one personal, business, or client website. This purchase gives you usage rights to the product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the product files, source code, design assets, or accompanying guides in original or modified form as a competing product, template, starter, freebie, or downloadable resource.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Because this is a digital product, access may be delivered immediately after purchase. If you're unable to launch on Netlify or the product is not a fit within 30 days of purchase, email us and we will honor the refund policy described on the site.

4. Product Support and Updates

We may provide product updates, fixes, or support at our discretion, including by email when relevant to your purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site, your purchase does not include custom development, guaranteed response times, or ongoing consulting services.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
